I’m an 18 year old female. And I’m really depressed, a few months ago I realized that I’m losing my hair and going bald and there’s nothing I can do about it. Ever since then I have been having horrible anxiety attacks and have become super depressed and too lazy to do any work or anything. Even when I had a full head of hair people made fun of me, people at my high school posted blogs and videos about me on the internet making fun of the way I looked and telling me no one likes me and I should kill myself. And now I’m in college, I did good the first semester, but now since I started losing my hair I am currently failing every one of my classes and there’s nothing I can do. I had 5 I withdrew from 1 and I am not allowed to withdraw from anymore but I am failing the 4 I have left hopelessly bc i cant focus i’m too worried and depressed about losing my hair. my grade is like 10% in all my classes, and even if I aced all my assignments I had left I still would not pass anything. I’m probably gonna lose my financial aid, and fail out of college now, my dad’s not gonna let me live with him now because he will kick me out when he finds out I’m failing. My parents are divorced and my mom said she doesn’t want me living with her either. So basically now I am failing out of college, about to be a bald woman and gonna be homeless and I have absolutely no money. I have no friends either nobody likes me and I just don’t know what to do anymore, I feel like the only solution is to kill myself, because I just don’t see any way to fix my life now and i mean nobody likes me anyways and i’m too depressed to function bc of my hair loss and its better than slowly starving to death on the streets when i’m homeless. i mean what should i do???

I am 19 years old, and my hair is thinning so much! it sometimes even looks like there are bald spots! been to 8 doctors, not very helpful, tried using Rogain for women but it gave me headaches. It is making me feel very self conscious! It is difficult for me to wear my hair down. and up! i read that it should be happing to menopausal women whenever i search something, but that is not what it is! i am getting very desperate, and wondering if anyone tried or knows something other than to shave head))) is there anything that is known to work perhaps, or know a solution, or anything!? hehe, another option is a wig i suppose))) but they are expensive…))))) thanks in advance
they did a ton of tests)))))) i had high testosterone, they put me on birth control to level hormone balance. i also have thyroid issue, but medicine helps with that too. i just want to get it back((((

I am 13 years old a have cholesterol and my hair is very thin and i kinda have hair loss. I went to my hair doctor and what they did is they took a peice of my scalp like skin of my head and they took it to the lab to see what was happening. My doctor said i have REALY low iron and that i have ALOPECIA AREATA. I realy dont want to loose my hair and get more balder than What i already am. Well he told me to useWomen’s Rogaine(haiur regrowth treatment) witch i could buy at any drug store, and he prescribed me CLOBETASOL PROPIONATE TOPICAL SOLUTION USP, 0.05%mL. And so the doctor told me to use it at the same time twice daily and what happened was i was getting realy bad hedaches so i stoped using it. And so i dont know what else to do cause i realy dont want to suffer anymore. I was always picked on for having aliitle bit of hair and that realy hurts me.Like i said i dont want to suffer and i just want to get cured of this.I just hope someone outthere has a solution.PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Well my friend is having problems with her hair, and she gets really upset about it because her hair is really oily so she has to wash it everyday and recently she’s noticed that her hair is thinning and it almost looks like shes suffering premature hair loss. She gets upset every time someone mentions about her hair and I was just wondering does anyone know anything over the counter that can help with this type of situation?

I’ve parted my hair on the right for quite some time, so i switched to the other side this year, but i find that my hair just doesnt look nice, when it’s parted on the left. It keeps falling on my face. So yeah, anyway, i switched back to the right, but the problem is, i find that when i part my hair on the right, it kinda creates a bald spot there, not really bald, but like less hair. Does this happen to you? Cos its really bothering me! When i tie my hair or pin up my fringe, you can tell that the right side of my hair line has less hair! I really dont want this to get worse, so can anyone tell me if its normal? I suppose i’ll have to switch parting soon, even though my hair really just doesnt fall nicely on the left. And any solutions to this weird hair loss thing, besides having to change my parting.
I have kinda medium thickness of hair, not too fine and not too thick. My hair’s a bit wavy, kinda depends on whether its a good hair day or a bad hair day. If its a good day, its straight. And I’m asian (chinese)
