i have a hair loss,,am sure that its genetic,,can i use finasteride?

hii
i have a hair loss,,am sure that its genetic,,am only 23 years old…
so i asked about the treatment and i found the best is finasteride 1mg…but am afraid from its side effect and from its mechanism of action(as its will inhibit DHT and keep testosterone)…

so plz doctor can u advise me if i can use the drug?
and plz can u tell me wat is the result if the concentraition of testosteron increase in the body?

    well i dnt know about the drug, but what will help is if you tug on your hair everyday after waking up; this will stimulate your hair cells and strengthen them, also another thing that will help is if you wash your hair with egg; just apply egg on your hair.

    oh my god.. im sorry but you will have a ceasers crown by time your 30.. you might have to go comb over.. i don’t think there is anything to stop you from going bald.. you put that crap on your head by the gallon all you will get is peach fuzz anyway.. whats the point. its like Alchol on skin does the same thing… as soon as you run out of money your peach fuzz drys up and falls off.. maybe try wearing a hat.. that’s the cheapest way to cover a peanut
