Hair Loss: No. This is a rare side effect. Weight Gain: No. Not in my case. I had gained weight before I started the pill. Some women do experience weight gain from the pill though. You just have to be more careful about your weight - watching the fat you eat and exercising to compensate. Depression: No. This is a rare side effect. It depends on your hormones.
